Tbseem is a field-attendance and GPS check-in app used by companies ("the employing company") to manage their own field employees. If you're an employee or supervisor using this app, you were invited by your employer using an invite code; you cannot sign up without one.
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the employing company is the data controller: they decide why and how your data is used, and they are who you should contact first with a privacy request. Tbseem is the data processor: we operate the app and its infrastructure strictly on the employing company's instructions, and we do not use your data for our own purposes.

Solely to run the attendance service your employer signed up for: verifying attendance and working hours, confirming presence at client sites, and helping the employing company coordinate field work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
For the employing company, using this service is based on the subscription contract between the company and Tbseem.
For an individual employee, we do not rely on your consent as the legal basis for attendance and location tracking. Under the PDPL, consent given by an employee to their employer isn't considered freely given, since you can't realistically refuse and keep the job on the same terms. Instead, the basis is necessity for the employment relationship: your employer needs this data to run a field-attendance system, combined with our commitment to being transparent with you about exactly what's collected (which is what the notice screen you saw at sign-up, and this document, are for).
Location data (clock-in/out coordinates, check-in coordinates, and any continuous-tracking pings) is kept for two years from when it was recorded, then automatically deleted — the coordinates are removed but the underlying attendance or check-in record itself stays, since that's a business record of your employer's, not location data. This is a firm commitment, not a maximum we might exceed.
Other account and attendance records (name, email, phone, task and shift history) are kept for as long as your account is active with your employer.
Access ends immediately. The moment an account is deleted — by you, from the app's Settings menu, or by your employer — your sign-in is removed right away, with no grace period on access itself.
What continues for a further 90 days after that is data, not access, and only so an accidental or disputed deletion has a short recoverability window before anything is gone for good:

To exercise any of these: contact your employer first (they're the controller and can usually resolve it directly), or reach us at support@tbseem.com and we'll route it to the right place. You can also delete your own account and request a data copy directly from the app's Settings menu.
Location recording follows your shift: beyond the single point-in-time coordinates recorded at clock-in/out and client check-ins, any continuous tracking your employer has turned on only runs while you're clocked in. Clocking out stops it immediately; you are not tracked outside your shift. You can also turn off this app's location permission in your phone's system settings at any time, though doing so will also stop clock-in/out and client check-ins from working, since those features need your location to record it.
This app is a workforce tool for adult employees of client companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under working age.
We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. Each version is stamped with a date (see the top of this page and the footer below). That date is also the version recorded against your acceptance or acknowledgement in our system, so we always know which version of this text you saw.

تبصيم هو تطبيق لتسجيل الحضور الميداني وتسجيل الدخول عبر GPS تستخدمه الشركات ("جهة العمل") لإدارة موظفيها الميدانيين. إذا كنت موظفاً أو مشرفاً تستخدم هذا التطبيق، فقد دعتك جهة عملك باستخدام رمز دعوة، ولا يمكنك التسجيل بدونه.
بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL)، جهة العمل هي المتحكم في البيانات: فهي من تقرر لماذا وكيف تُستخدم بياناتك، وهي أول من يجب التواصل معه بخصوص أي طلب متعلق بالخصوصية. تبصيم هو معالج البيانات: نقوم بتشغيل التطبيق وبنيته التحتية وفقاً لتعليمات جهة العمل حصراً، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراضنا الخاصة.

فقط لتشغيل خدمة تسجيل الحضور التي اشتركت بها جهة عملك: التحقق من الحضور وساعات العمل، وتأكيد التواجد في مواقع العملاء، ومساعدة جهة العمل على تنسيق العمل الميداني. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية.
بالنسبة لجهة العمل، يستند استخدام هذه الخدمة إلى عقد الاشتراك بين الشركة وتبصيم.
بالنسبة للموظف الفرد، لا نعتمد على موافقتك كأساس قانوني لتسجيل الحضور وتتبع الموقع. بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لا تُعتبر موافقة الموظف لصاحب العمل موافقة حرة حقيقية، لأنك لا تستطيع عملياً رفضها والاحتفاظ بوظيفتك بنفس الشروط. بدلاً من ذلك، الأساس هو ضرورة علاقة العمل: يحتاج صاحب العمل هذه البيانات لتشغيل نظام تسجيل حضور ميداني، إلى جانب التزامنا بالشفافية الكاملة معك حول ما يتم جمعه بالضبط (وهذا هو الغرض من شاشة الإشعار التي رأيتها عند التسجيل، وهذه الوثيقة).
يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات الموقع (إحداثيات الحضور/الانصراف، إحداثيات الزيارات، وأي بيانات تتبع مستمر) لمدة سنتين من تاريخ تسجيلها، ثم تُحذف الإحداثيات تلقائياً — مع بقاء سجل الحضور أو الزيارة نفسه، لأنه سجل عمل خاص بجهة عملك، وليس بيانات موقع. هذا التزام ثابت، وليس حداً أقصى قد نتجاوزه.
سجلات الحساب والحضور الأخرى (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الهاتف، سجل المهام والدوامات) تُحفظ طالما كان حسابك نشطاً لدى جهة عملك.
ينتهي الوصول فوراً. بمجرد حذف الحساب — سواء من قِبلك عبر قائمة الإعدادات في التطبيق، أو من قِبل جهة عملك — يُلغى تسجيل دخولك فوراً، دون أي فترة سماح للوصول نفسه.
أما ما يستمر لمدة ٩٠ يوماً إضافية بعد ذلك فهو البيانات، لا الوصول، وذلك فقط لإتاحة فترة قصيرة لاستعادة طلب حذف وقع بالخطأ أو محل نزاع قبل حذف أي شيء بشكل نهائي:

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، يمكنك:
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق: تواصل مع جهة عملك أولاً (فهي المتحكم بالبيانات ويمكنها عادةً حل الأمر مباشرة)، أو تواصل معنا عبر support@tbseem.com وسنوجّه طلبك للجهة المناسبة. يمكنك أيضاً حذف حسابك وطلب نسخة من بياناتك مباشرة من قائمة الإعدادات في التطبيق.
تسجيل الموقع مرتبط بدوامك: بخلاف الإحداثيات اللحظية المسجّلة عند بدء/إنهاء الدوام وزيارات العملاء، فإن أي تتبع مستمر فعّله صاحب عملك لا يعمل إلا أثناء تسجيلك بداية الدوام. تسجيل إنهاء الدوام يوقفه فوراً؛ لا يتم تتبعك خارج دوامك. يمكنك أيضاً إيقاف إذن الموقع لهذا التطبيق من إعدادات نظام هاتفك في أي وقت، مع العلم أن ذلك سيوقف أيضاً عمل تسجيل الحضور/الانصراف وزيارات العملاء، لأن هذه الميزات تحتاج موقعك لتسجيله.
هذا التطبيق أداة عمل مخصصة للموظفين البالغين في الشركات العميلة. لا يستهدف الأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من أي شخص دون سن العمل.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطور التطبيق أو تغيّر الأنظمة. كل إصدار مؤرّخ (انظر أعلى هذه الصفحة والتذييل أدناه)، وهذا التاريخ هو أيضاً رقم الإصدار المسجّل مقابل موافقتك أو إقرارك في نظامنا، بحيث نعرف دائماً أي نسخة من هذا النص اطّلعت عليها.
